Are you a health sick person? Do you worry abaut your health or you're a no care abaut staying healthy as healthy is for show offs? I remember the my hostel dayse in my last grade of highschool, everytime i would workout or try to eat healthy they will be like 'oh you're so dramatic a man should love you naturally, not for being thin', 'or for not drinking soda', 'and for eating broccoli, how disgusting ew! Like am i right you guys' my roommates always made bad comments and would at me, they thought i was doing all the excises and eating healthy for mans, they didn't realise that doing that can add two years to your life, anyways i ignored their negative comments and carried on, my health is in my hands self love first. Well in todays post i will be aharing with you guys five tips that can help you have a healthy life and prolong your life years
THE FIVE TIPS
1. Be Physically Active
-Although this has become like a regular thing, it'sstill very important as most of people fail to understand it, some overdo while others just test it and drop which isn't proper at all, being physically active means you should sweat for abaut 20 to 30 minutes a day atleast 20 times a month, as this doubles your body immune strength, and can't miss all the benefits your body will get from this. Doing simple excise will work such as, jogging, lifting weights, squats or other regular excises, remember don't overdo or test, just be moderate.
2. Watch what You Eat
-This is a common saying I'm sure everyone knows it, even a three year can say no that's not good for my health. Was shocked to witness my sister's two year daughter say it's not healthy for her to eat yoghurt four times a day when my mom was abaut to feed her, my mom was speechless and proud saying she's gonna be a smart child hearing those words. So always make sure you eat a healthy meal and avoid snacks or if you can't atleast have a limit of taking once per day, I'm sure you've had of this popular saying 'You are what you eat', i agree with this statement as everything we consume has outcomes either bad or good, my advise is you avoid caffeine and junk foods, instead of a restaurant/takeaway cook a healthy meal instead
3. Connect With Friends/Family
-This is mostly for our mental wellbeing, when you're connected/have good relation with your family and friends you'll much healthier, as there's no stress knowing people are the for you thus helping increase our wellbeing and a shield against mental illness. Therefore a good family and friends relationship is needed to prolong our life, by being more healthy, always respect, trust, communicate, understand, be honest and be caring towards your friends and family to keep the connection strong
4. Stay Hydrated Always
-Water is the most essential resource for our body, we basically can't function without it. All activities in the body such as, delivery of nutrients, temperature regulation and so on, therefore water is crucial for our body inorder for all this activities to function properly. The health comes in fully when it comes to water being the flusher of bacteria from bladder, aids in digestion and prevents constipation, thus keeping us healthy
5. Healthy Sleep
-Sleep is very crucial as it allows your body to recharge, and be actively ready for another day, Healthy sleep also helps stave off disease thus making your body healthy. Have you also realise after a bad day when you take a nuce healthy sleep you wake up feeling all better, thus sleep also help in stressy situations. Health comes in the part where healthy sleep aids in healing and repair your heart and blood vessels,it also help prevent cancer. like i said before be moderate too much sleep also causes a diseases such as kidney and heart disease thus be balanced
