10 MINUTE LUNCH GUIDE



What Do you have for lunch? A whole meal or just a snack? As of me i rarely have lunch as long as i had breakfast lunch isn't really considered by me, not today though, I made my lunch as I'm home by myself , i tried making a strawberry smoothie and turkey burger.




Abaut a week ago i watched a video on tiktok abaut a blogger preparing Turkey burger so today i decided to try it out, although i don't remember the video title to rewatch it as i was just scrolling but still tried just for fun and mostly to taste my cooking ability.

I'll share the little ingredients i used to have this successful delicious lunch, it might inspire you



1.Grilled Turkey Burger





Ingredients

- Burger bun ×1

-Sliced Avacado ×1

- Sliced tomato ×1

-Sliced red onion

-Crispy bacon

- Full Lettuce leaf

-Fried Egg

-Add Catch up

Time Cook

- Upto 20 minutes +minutes for Frying egg

  




2.Smoothie



Ingredients 

-Frozen Strawberries ×4

-Spinach leaf  ×3 (make sure their fresh)

-Milk

-Yoghurt

- Sugar

-Ice

 ●Didn't use much for this just a quick test which turned up perfectly●

Time Blend

-Just five minutes

YOUTUBE CHANNELS YOU SHOULD ALL CHECK OUT

YouTube or Tiktok? You choose cause i can't . I've received this question like four times now of what i watch on YouTube and some even asked if it's safe to suscribe to a YouTube channel, i know the notifications alone are quite annoying but it's totally safe to suscribe for a channel especially if that channel helps you in some ways like stress reliever and boredom crack, it encourages that channel to keep posting and you'll bennefit anyways it's just a one time thing and abaut the notifications you can decide to turn off post notification so you won't be anoyed simple, it really is bad you enjoy something but don't appreciate it, just like how you guys ask me questions on Reddit and i help answer here and you just come read then boom you go without even dropping me a thank you, the post gets abaut 4000 views but zero comments, so sad. Post Is Gonna be really long! But totally worth it!! Now I'm going to tell you a short story abaut my depression process, how i got in and out of depression. Well it wasn't really depression as i luckly had all my family and friend support especially my beautiful sisters support.
